What is the process to return a product if I do not like it?
Strictly No Returns Policy. Return/exchange is only possible if the delivered product is damaged.
What to do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 4 hours of receipt of the order, by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at +91 7397642131, and we will set things right. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us.
In rare cases, when the replacement is not possible from our end, we will offer a Return to the customer with a full Refund. Please note, for any exchange or return request, the product needs to have the original packing intact. We will not accept the request if any of the packing material is missing.
Additional non-returnable items:
Once the return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.
What about the refundable amount?
A credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account.
How long will it take to process my return?
It usually takes 5-10 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
